Returns
If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Action Hobbys within 48 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item for return, postage is at your own expense. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent.
We can not refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories
Our bb guns are made from ABS components which can break under the stress of inappropriate force and are therefore sold on a no returns basis

Guarantee
We supply a 10 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and goods in a new resalable condition with all manuals and accessories. The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use. The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals. If the item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, please notify us first by email and return to us at your own expense, including all accessories, original box and manuals. Once the item has been received by us, it will be thoroughly inspected for the above misuse and if a manufacturing fault is found, the item will be repaired or replaced, in the event we are out of stock of the item a refund will be offered.

Please Note: Batteries & Chargers are excluded from our normal warranty, as they are susceptible to overcharging

Despite the restrictions introduced in the VCRA 2006, it is still legal to sell an airsoft gun to anyone over the age of 18 years providing its principle colour is sufficiently different from that of a real firearm.

The quality of the 2-Tone range is AT LEAST as good as the original specification airsoft guns we have been supplying.
We managed to iron out some of the little problems that were experienced with the realistic coloured versions: AGM M14 battery wiring has now been corrected, the D-Boys motors and motor wiring faults have been addressed, we contracted most of the 2-Tones to be injection moulded instead of painted so the quality would be exactly the same.

Please note: Under Section 36 of the V.C.R. Act it is a criminal offence to alter the appearance of an imitation firearm to make it into a realistic imitation firearm. Our interpretation of this Act is that even painting one of these guns would contravene the Act.
